Laws of Andor

1. Wearing Andoran clan equipment is forbidden.
Anyone caught wearing the equipment of the Lion Warden will have one, and only one, chance to give it up peacefully. After that, a warrant will be issued and pursued. A red tabard with a vivid red cloak, a pair of red vambraces with white cuffs, a pair of red greaves with white bands, red steel boots, a pair of white cuffed red gauntlets, a conical helm with a barred visor, a lion-embossed breastplate with white hanging collars, a pair of golden braids woven into the cloak, a single golden braid woven into the cloak, red armband, and the cloak of the Andoran Cavalry.
2. There are items which are banned in Andor.
If you are caught wearing or possessing one, you will have one, once again only one, chance to give it up peacefully. If you do not, a warrant will be issued and pursued. Black sword, gleaming blacksword, any armor or equipment of the Shadow, necklace of human teeth, slave collar.
3. Regarding killing in Andor.
All clans have the right to ask to hunt in Andor. Upon pursuing a wanted criminal the authorities in the area will be advised that such an event is occuring, and may ask for back-up aid from those authorities.
4. Regarding criminals.
Any criminal wanted in any city of Andor is not welcome in Caemlyn.
If a known criminal of Caemlyn enters the city and attacks guard, any person in Caemlyn has the right to attack them. Note, only known criminals, such as Archon. We will not force anyone to attack the criminals, but anyone caught aiding or cheering them on will be promptly wanted and hunted.
5. Contraband Equipment.
The Lion Warden reserves the right to order anyone in Caemlyn to remove their cloak, gloves/gauntlets to check for contraband. We also reserve the right to order you to remove your pack and give it to us, once again to check for contraband. If you do not comply, you will be banished from Caemlyn. The time of the banishment is up to the Lion on duty. Higher ranking Lions have the right to overrule any lower ranking Lions.
6. The Lion Warden control the nation of Andor.
Please remember this, we are the good Queen Elayne's elite guard. We will get the respect we deserve. Disrespect to the wardens or Queen Elayne will not be tolerated.
7. Refusal to cooperate.
Refusal to cooperate with the Lion Warden in the pursuit of law enforcement, is a criminal activity, and shall be punished as such.
8. Interference with the Law.
Interference with the Lion Warden in the pursuit of their law enforcement, is a criminal activity, and shall carry the same consequences as the original crime they are interfering with.
9. Restriction on the usage of Gate weaves.
The use of gates and portals will only be tolerated in a few select areas of Caemlyn; deserted house, the inner city with exclusion of the palace and on the skywalk.

Treaty: They are allowed to hunt any unclanned wanted in Andor. We are allowed to hunt any unclanned wanted in the two rivers.
Clan:Thiefbane
Treaty: Thiefbane members may hunt any unclanned wanted in Andor.
Clan: Children of the Light
Treaty:
1.The Children of Light and the Amadician Army are no longer banished in Andor, nor is the Queen's Guard, the Andoran Cavalery or the Baerlon Town Watch banished in Amadicia.
2. As per agreement the Children of Light will not be hunted in Andor.
3. This treaty applies to the Children of Light and the Amadician Army, excluding the Hand of Light.

Treaty: Banned from Andor.
Clan: Tar Valon
Treaty:
-The nations of Tar Valon and Andor hereby grant each other full hunting rights on unclanned wanteds in the other's lands. These unclanned wanteds will be referred to in this document as 'criminals'.
-The Lion Warden of Andor also give the Tower permission to hunt the Children of the Light on Andoran soil, and are allowed to hunt wanted Children within the walls of Tar Valon in return. This clause will be stricken in the event that either party comes to amicable agreement with the Children of the Light.
-A criminal may be hunted within the Caemlyn Palace. No wanted shall be attacked within the White Tower itself upon the understanding that a White Tower member shall escort the wanted outside of the tower immediately, upon which the Lion Warden may serve a lawful warrant.
-It shall be considered polite to inform the home clan of a warrant being served, although it is not required. This is to prevent grouping with wanteds that are about to be hunted. If already grouped with the wanted, the clan member should ungroup immediately after being warned by the attacking clan.
-No member of the home clan shall provide assistance to the criminal while a warrant is being served. If any member provides aid, then they shall be punished by theresponsible clan's council.
-Male channelers may be hunted anywhere in either land, regardless of their clanned status.
-Each clan understands that if the treaty is broken, the action is of that individual clan member. Said clan member will be punished as oppropriate by their clan's council.
